Persons who are unsuccessful in their bid for a scholarship and who still wish to attend the conference to present the work that has been accepted by the Committee must pay the $150 US fee.
A fixed $60.00 US fee is charged for all companions.

You will receive confirmation of your bank transfer within 7 working days after notification. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Bank transfers will be accepted until Wednesday April 3rd, 2003. The payment of the fee from December 21st, 2002 to April 12th, 2003 can also be made at the Havana Conference Center upon registration, either in cash or by credit card where the card’s head office is not within the United States.
The following credit cards are accepted in Cuba (providing the head office is not located within the United States):
Currency and traveler’s’ check exchange will be made at the current rate with the standing commission charges in the branch of the ‘Banco de Crédito y Comercio’ located in the Havana Conference Center.
