II LATIN AMERICAN AND CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY FORUM ON HIV / AIDS / STD

This will be held between April 7th and 8th as part of Forum 2003 and its aims include:

  • Promote the participation of the community in Forum 2003 through orientation and basic information on the conference.
  • Present information on the activities and programs of the Co-organizers of Forum 2003 to the delegates of the Community Forum.
  • Analyze the response to AIDS/HIV in the region from the perspective of the community, networks, NGOs and Governments.
  • Promote dialogue between the community’s delegates and international organizations on the region’s themes and expectations.
  • Promote the local community’s visibility and experiences.
