The creation of Committees
in Latin American and Caribbean countries was considered appropriate for
the purpose of bringing together the national programs, the Community
Networks, NGOs and governmental and thematic groups for greater awareness
and mobilization towards a higher level of participation in FORUM 2003.
The list of the National HIV/AIDS/STD Programs in
Latin America and the Caribbean and of Community Networks are contained
in the annex.
